My name is Sophie and I am the Founder and Director of Eastop-Scopes Virtual Assistants;
loving all things admin, with specialist knowledge in Social Media and Marketing.
A little about Sophie Eastop-Scopes
I am predominantly based in Surrey and South West London, as this is where I have called home all of my life; and live with my husband and son.
Being a mum to a 5 year old boy means I have acquired a love of the outdoors, of all things Thomas the Tank Engine related, and know the names of more dinosaurs than I ever imagined I would; and I wouldn’t swap it for anything in the world!
My career as a Virtual Assistant enables me to utilise my skills, experience and Business Management degree (2:1 with The Open University), without sacrificing the level of flexibility I want as a mum.
I have over 12 years experience in customer service and business administration based roles with a background in hospitality, events organisation, the private sector and education.
I also proudly featured and recommended by Epsom and Ewell Families and have been shortlisted as a
Finalist for the Family Network Business Recognition Awards in 2020 and 2021.
I have worked closely with start-up and small businesses my whole career and I love seeing how ambition and dreams can become big successes in reality, and am honoured to be a part of the journey.

What we do
We are passionate about becoming a helping hand to small businesses and enabling them to grow with the support of a virtual assistant, social media manager and/or marketing assistant.
Eastop-Scopes Virtual Assistants offer offer secretarial, administrative, marketing, social media and events support to businesses; and domestically where relevant.
But what is a Virtual Assistant (VA)?
A VA is a PA who works remotely on tasks delegated by you. VA’s are not a member of your staff and so you do not have to worry about sick pay, holiday pay or long-term contracts. The tasks you would delegate to one of our VA's, often don’t warrant hiring a full-time, permanent member of staff for; hence the beauty of hiring a VA.
VA’s can help reduce the stress and free up time that particular aspects of your business demand, so that you can focus on building the business of your dreams.
There may be a particular area of your business that you find challenging; or one that causes you stress; or simply one that takes up too much of your time. This is where we can offer support.
